Sheepskin pelt
3 soft, white Cormo cross lambskin pelts. 2" long wool, approximately $90 and $100 depending on the size.
Chicken Meat: Parts
After butchering the stewing hens there are parts that help make wonderful soup stock, or eating by themselves. Necks, hearts, gizzards, liver and feet are all available. Sold in packages weighing 4 or 8 oz, depending on item. Ask for more info.
Seedlings: Lettuce
Green Buttercrunch and Jericho green lettuce seedlings and a red in jumbo six packs. $3.25 each
Laying Hens, Chickens
These hens are between 14 and 24 months old. They have been laying and are now slowing down or going into molt so they look a little feather-bare. They will lay well for a home flock. $10.00 / bird
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera Plants, 4" pots, $3.75 / pot
Shallot Flower Spikes
Shallot flower are available again! Use these like green onions or saute with pine nuts as a vegetable dish! Delicious! $1.75/ 4 oz bunch.

Eggs
Ungraded Eggs
Farm Fresh Eggs! Two types of eggs are available: Regular mixed sizes for $6.00 / doz and Soy-free. All chickens are fed certified organic feed and greens from the garden. They are in a very large yard and often are let out to roam. SOY-FREE eggs have the same great feed, except sesame meal is used instead of soybean meal. These are mixed sizes. From the farm price is $6.50 / dozen for mixed sizes. There are "Checks" for $5.00/mixed dozen. These have hairline cracks or stain marks.

Rosemary, dried

Lemon balm is wonderful in tea to help cool you in the hot summer! 1 oz $1.25

Flowers make great additions to salads and to garnish desserts! $1.25 / .1 oz
Livestock
Pullets (laying hens)
Young hens just laying peewee eggs right now. $15.00.
Meats
Chicken
Butchered, whole stewing birds are delicious! They are older birds and make great soup, chicken salad, meat for stir-frys, or in dishes. They need long cooking so a crockpot works well. Price at the farm is $3.75, and $4.25 for Soy free birds. When they are delivered the cost is $4.00 for regular and $4.50 for the soy free.
Lamb: whole
Whole lamb are ready for sale, but butchering will be later in the summer. If interested please e-mail me for information. Only 3 left!

Beeswax Candles
100% Beeswax candles with cotton wicks. Please see "More" section for descriptions and pictures!
Raw fleece
Cormo/rambouillet fleeces. Lightly skirted with some vegetable matter. Prices vary depending on weight. Please contact me for details.

A variety of tomato starts are available. There are paste, heirloom slicing and cherry types. $3.50 / 4 inch pot.

Greens: Sorrel

Spinach
Spinach, $4.00 / lb Sold in 1/4 or 1/2 lb bags.
Sunflower greens
Sunflower greens are filled with goodness for you! Use in your salads or green drinks. They are sold in bags of 2 oz for $2.50, or you can buy them in larger bags.
Lettuce
Green buttercrunch or Little Gem Romaine lettuce $5.00/ lb (sold by the head so I will weigh each one and calculate the price.)
Swiss Chard
Rainbow chard, 8 oz bunch. for $1.80 or $3.60 / lb Slugs have been taste testing so some leaves are a little lacey.
Collard Greens
Collard Greens, $1.80 / 8 oz bunch
Luffa
Luffa or sponge gourds make good scrubbies for exfoliating the skin. They soften in water. Or, they can be used to scour dishes. $2.25 for the smaller pieces and $2.75 for larger ones.
Kale
