Lambs Now for Sale

This year's "crop" of lambs is ready! There are lambs available for sale. They will end up being between 35 and 50 lbs of wrapped meat. (50 lbs will fill a regular sized refrigerator/freezer's freezer portion.)

The lambs are butchered here on the farm. Then, they are taken to Swingles. Swingles and the new owner discuss the cuts of meat that will be done. The new owner then picks the meat up at Swingles.
